Katydid Soap

I started experimenting with natural cold process soap in 2019. It quickly became one of my favorite things to do. After some boring batches, I started playing with my own recipes, colors, and fragrances. Soon I was making enough soap to give away to friends and family, even while keeping an ample supply for my own house (and let me tell you, tweens and teens take a lot of showers). Eventually, I had to start selling soap to help support my habit!

These plant based, cold process soaps are loaded with soothing oils and butters, along with essential oils and fragrance blends. I add unique ingredients like pumpkin puree, organic cucumber, raw honey, aloe juice, or apple. Each hand cut bar of soap cures at least 6 weeks, so you get a harder bar that lasts. Lots of swirls, layers and colors ensure no two bars are the same.
